PromptsPoint

Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms cover your use of PromptsPoint. Creating an account means agreeing to them.

What you get

A free account opens fifteen prompts in full. A paid subscription opens the whole library and everything added to it while the subscription is active. Access ends when the subscription ends, including anything added during it — a subscription is access to a living library, not a purchase of files.

What you may do with the prompts

Use them in your own work, in client work and in products you sell. Adapt them. Nothing produced by running a prompt belongs to us.

What you may not do is republish or resell the prompts themselves — in a competing library, a paid pack, a public repository, or a course that hands them on. The prompts are the product; the output is yours.

Your account

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials so several people use one subscription is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has reached it.

Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change, but not for a period you have already paid.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, not by this site. Card details are entered on their checkout and are never received or stored here.

What we do not promise

AI models change, and a prompt that produced one thing last month may produce something different today. Prompts are revised when that happens, but no particular output is guaranteed. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind, and what you do with a model's output is your responsibility.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from using it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund the unused part of a period unless the breach was credential sharing or an attempt to redistribute the library.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are sent to subscribers by email rather than made quietly.
