PromptsPoint

Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This describes what PromptsPoint stores about you and why. It is short because the site collects little.

What is stored

Your email address, and your name if you give one. If you signed in with Google, the name and avatar Google supplies.

Your activity in the library: which prompts you saved, which collections you made, and which prompts you copied. The copy history exists so your dashboard can show it to you, and so the library can be ranked by what people actually use.

Your subscription state — which plan, whether it is active, when it renews. This is written by the payment provider's webhook, not by you and not by us.

What is not stored

No card number, expiry or security code. Those are entered on the payment provider's own checkout; they never reach this site, so there is nothing here to leak.

No tracking across other websites, and no advertising profile.

Who else sees it

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in. The payment provider processes payments and tells this site which plan you are on. The host serves the pages. Each is a processor acting on our instructions, and nobody is sent your data for their own purposes.

Your data is never sold, and never shared with an advertiser.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It is set by Supabase, it holds a session token and nothing else, and it goes when you sign out.

One local storage key remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Local storage is not a cookie: it is never sent with a request, so it does not reach this server at all.

There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long it is kept

While your account exists. When you ask for deletion, the account, the saved prompts and the copy history go within a day. Payment records are kept by the payment provider for as long as their own obligations require, which is outside our control.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Mail hello@promptspoint.com and it is done within a day. No form, and no reason needed.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and no account should be created by one.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is emailed to account holders rather than slipped in.
